00/hour depending on experience, plus bonus potential! · Hybrid work environment (combination of in-office and remote work) · Health & Dental Benefits available after initial waiting period · Equipment will be provided by us · Amazing work culture where you can learn and grow · And more! *WHAT YOU WILL DO* As a *3rd Party Collections Agent*, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to customer account management, payment negotiation and collection, as well as answering general inquiries about the customer’s account.
· Complete initial trace work using online tools and account systems · Verifying consumer information · Professionally negotiating with consumers and exploring money sources to determine the best possible arrangement · Maximize revenue and achieve set goals and objectives · Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support · Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure information being placed in customer files follow regulatory, client-specific, and corporate guidelines _As a 3rd Party Recovery Collector, you have the opportunity to earn commission on a monthly basis based on performance, compliance, and attendance - PLUS 25% of revenue dollars paid out after achieving seat cost.
Qualifying employees are currently averaging between $1500/2000 per month in bonus incentives.
