We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Resolution Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Investigate and resolve customer issues, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation
Provide knowledgeable and accurate information about products and services to customers
Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced customer experience
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
