- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules and maintaining records.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Help with financial tasks such as cash handling during opening and closing duties.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and excellent etiquette both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.
Skills: - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in administrative abilities including the use of a computer.
- Basic math skills for handling financial transactions and inventory management.
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to analyze data for decision-making.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers and employees.
