Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service - Manage and train staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback - Create and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation - Conduct interviews and hire new employees - Develop and implement staff training programs Requirements: - Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food safety, and sanitation regulations - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Exceptional leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions - Strong organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management - Culinary background or experience is preferred but not required We offer competitive pay based on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement.
