We are currently seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to join our team at one of the top poultry producers.

• Train, direct, and develop our team of hourly employees to ensure they meet their full potential.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of the finished product, upholding our commitment to excellence.
• Innovate and implement new production methods to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
• Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Possesses at least 4 years of supervisory experience within the poultry processing industry.
• Holds an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, although this is preferred but not mandatory.
• Has a solid understanding of all areas of 2nd processing; expertise in cut-up and Cryovac operations is particularly valued.
• Well-versed in HACCP, SPC, and other relevant plant efficiency metrics such as yield, lbs.
/birds per hour, line speeds, and the use of automated processing equipment.
