Director of Community Mental Health

Team Services is hiring a Director of Community Mental Health to oversee the daily operations of its Community Stabilization, Mental Health Skill-Building and Intensive Outpatient Programs.
The Director will perform a variety of functions to include hiring and onboarding, coordinating with health plans, performing outreach and marketing activities, and collaborating with the administrative and direct care teams to promote quality improvement of the organization.
Starting pay is $65,000 for residents and supervisees pursuing licensure.
Starting pay is $75,000 for fully licensed individuals.
Individuals who have recently completed a master's degree and are planning to pursue LPC or LCSW licensure are welcome to apply.
LPC supervision will be available by Team Services.
