Cybersecurity/Cyber Certification Manager Job Category: Engineering Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * What You’ll Get to Do: CACI is is seeking a Cybersecurity/Cyber Certification Manager to join the DMC program located at Langley AFB.
More About the Role: Leads the IA Cybersecurity Team in comprehensive assessment and evaluation of information system policies, technical/nontechnical security components, documentation, supplemental safeguards, DoD and AF DCGS policies, and vulnerabilities Maintains cybersecurity protection and certifications for the OA AF DCGS infrastructure, data, and applications Develops processes for threat modeling and demonstrates methods of optimizing network security by locating vulnerabilities, identifying objectives, and developing countermeasures to either prevent or mitigate the effects of cyberattacks against the system, under development, and sustainment Supports AFLCMC/HBGB in executing the cybersecurity requirements using an RMF consistent with the principles established by NIST SP 800-37 and as outlined in DoDI 8510.
01 RMF Works with SCAs and associated teams to improve the security of AF systems by reducing risk postures through the identification of risk reductions and mitigations Ensures system design, implementation, testing, and monitoring processes are included in cybersecurity and align with DoD and AF DCGS policies Ensures changes to the system are vetted using the proper approval process resulting in either an approved Security Impact Analysis (SIA) for the system with a valid ATO, and an Interim Approval to Test (IATT) for new installs Addresses system-specific security controls to be inherited by all AF DCGS operational site Xacta packages Responds to security incidents, conducts a risk assessment, ensures corrective actions are implemented, and reports findings to management and DAO of the affected network Produces and/or is responsible for several deliverables and is owner of OA AF DCGS Tier 2 Common Control Plan (CCP) You’ll Bring These Qualifications: Must bring 20 years of experience These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Would like to have Bachelor’s degree What We Can Offer You: - We’ve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.
