Cyber Capabilities Trainer Position Summary: As a Cyber Capabilities Trainer, you will be responsible for the evaluation and integration of sophisticated cyber training curricula in line with current specifications and advancements.
This role requires managing and validating training content, coordinating with various stakeholders for approval and compliance, and enhancing Information Warfare (IW) capabilities training.
Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance, a robust understanding of cyber training principles, at least two years of relevant cyber or intelligence experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
This position is critical in fortifying the organization's cyber preparedness and ensuring the efficacy of training programs.

Citizens Position Type: On-Site Clearance Level: TS/SCI Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Validate and manage cyber training programs, ensuring they are approved, current, and incorporate new capabilities.
Facilitate the integration of Type 1 training with FAM and SMEs into the cyber FTU and oversee curriculum approval processes via ACC/A326K.
Monitor and assist with the development, review, and coordination of cyberspace training elements such as courseware, syllabi, and various training programs (IQT, RQT, CMR/MR – RAP, etc.
).
Review OTD functions on behalf of weapon system FAMs to track training requirements.
Engage in the review and staffing of Cyber training OTD products from FTUs, FAMs, and program managers for formal ACC operational training program integration.
Liaise with external agencies, including MAJCOMs, HAF, and wing/group/squadrons to coordinate cyber training OTD products.
Handle reporting for FTU programs that incorporate cyber training as part of their curriculum.
Support the branch by carrying out tasks related to the development and coordination of IW training, addressing areas such as cyberspace operations, electronic warfare, and ISR support.
Contribute to various training review and planning committees, including the Realistic Training Review Board and Training Planning Teams.
Regularly provide inputs for the client's monthly Cyber Review.
Minimum Qualifications Possess TS/SCI Clearance.
Knowledge of USG cyberspace training principles, directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, managing, and conducting training programs and events.
Knowledge of AFI and ACCIs governing Cyber training, guidance and policies.
Knowledge of OTD directives, AFIs and ACCIs Minimum of two (2) years' experience in operational cyber, intelligence or related programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
