CRG is now hiring for an Assistant Property Manager to add to its amazing team.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:* · Address Resident concerns · Enter in work orders for maintenance · Greet/assist walk-ins and answer phones *Necessary skills for this position include:* · Able to function in a fast-paced environment · Strong organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong resident relations skillset · Ability to follow up on assigned tasks · Dependable with a strong work ethic * *Experience:* \* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
