Need a live in handyman to help with back log of odd jobs, clean ups, projects and repairs.
Automotive, plumbing, electrical, light construction, flooring, wood work.
Must be drug free and drama clear.
Trustworthy, hardworking and not afraid of a little dirt.
Small room in unusual location with private bathroom and shower, meals and food, plus small hourly pay.
Single adult only, cigarette smoker is preferred, but no drugs.
Student, retired, legal Immigrant.
